About Jaylon

Jaylon Black is an international-recording violinist, string arranger and educator based in Los, Angeles, CA. With his playing being described as passionate and innovative, Jaylon specializes in providing industry-quality string arrangements, recordings, and orchestrations across mainstream multi-genre works and contemporary music. Shortly after graduating from Berklee College of Music and moving to Los Angeles in 2020, Jaylon began utilizing his “one-man orchestra” recording approach and began producing and collaborating with various music directors, producers, and artists. These arrangements have been heard throughout festivals, live shows, tours, and music videos across the world. He has worked with artists including Kehlani, Lady Gaga, Doja Cat, Jazmine Sullivan, and many more. Outside of the studio and off the stage, Jaylon has held various positions as instrumental instructor and educator for various music programs across Los Angeles such as The Youth Orchestra of Los Angeles, including providing private lessons to students of all levels.
